It should given a big enough hammer! :lol: As long as you can swap the steering stem or have a new one made I don't see why it wouldn't work.

Give it a shot, the more possibilities for front end conversions the better.
If you can get a good deal on it, you might be able to sell it recovering most or all of your losses if it doesn't work.
