Well I pulled the frontend off of the spare 95 KDX200 and the races and bearings were shot.
I expected this much. I sure hope Fredette wants the old KDX frontend.... I will need the cash for bearings on the whole thing I think. I can tell right now that this thing is going to be a moneypit.

I will be taking the lower trees to the machine shop next week to get swapped out. Meanwhile I was going to continue tearing the bike down to the frame and paint her. After that... rebuild the forks and shock and new bearings everwhere! Also new tires and any other little part it needs.

I'm thinking about $500 (if I'm lucky) and lots of time to finish it out.
