need some 'splaining.

okay, the bearings are on the right(i know, need to grease them, factory is weak) but the spacers on the left, where do that fit in? these are all balls bearings. do they go between the bearing and the clamps? what about the dust cap that is on top of the top factory bearing? will that come off? do i need it?

These are your steering stem bearings?
If so... I see that they are not sealed on the bottom like stock. 33-1003 will go on the bottom, then press on your large bearings and the top bearing just slides on and then the dust cover.

They appear to be only dust covers....

Don't use the bottom one!

Well...imo and all that.

The Kaw bearing comes with the seal Inda mentioned. I wouldn't consider using the non-sealed type. The dust cover isn't up to the task of keeping out water, mud, crud...not to mention junk, garbage, slime and goo. :wink:
