Is a 2003 wheel the only one that will fit the '03 forks?

I have an 01 on my 03 forks.

so, I have '03 forks, '03 axle and spacers, plan to use my '04 KDX brake. Think that'll work with an 01 wheel, or is it a try and see type thing? I guess what I'm really asking is what is the determining factor on what model years of wheels will work with these forks. Is it the hub? If so, then I could just see when the part number changed for the hub on different years, on the parts listings.

Thanks,

If you check aftermarket parts in addition to buykawasaki.com part numbers, you may find what years fit what years better.

Download the "wheels" section from the Tom & Dan catalog.

That should work.

I can only say for sure for what I have.

The Tom & Dan Catalog ? I have googled, and checked the links on this site to no avail. Where might I find this catalog?

Thanks,

http://www.whitebrothers.com

Tom and Dan White have had White Brothers for 25?? years or so. Each section of the catalog is in PDF format. Download the "wheels" section. Whatever section(s) of the wheel catalog I was looking at led me to believe that 1999 - 2003 will interchange, as far as wheels go. That may not mean the axle, though. Again,

That would be a 01 axle with 03 spacers... I have the 01's and they look identical...
