Has anyone tried to swap a 2003/2004 RM250 front end onto a 2005 KDX200?

Re: RM250 fork conversion
SOS...Any thoughts?
I have the opportunity to buy a complete roller for $175. So it's pretty tempting if I can make a 2003/2004 RM250 front end and rear shock to work on a 2005 KDX200.

Re: RM250 fork conversion
I don't know. Maybe. Never done either and was hoping the forks would only need the stem swapped out.
