Got the KX Wheel Yesterday

Post by Green Hornet »

Opened the box last night and what a GREAT LOOKING WHEEL. Very Clean, Straight and Rotor is in Excellent Shape. Came off a 1999 KX 250.

No you didn't. If there is no picture in the kdxrider.net Gallery, it doesn't exist. But seriously, if you get time, can you take a couple of pictures of the rim? I want to see what a '99 KX250 rim looks like. My '99 KX125 rim is different.

Also, if you can, can you take a picture of the very top of the shock reservoir on the '85?

Hurry up on the fork conversion, that '85 KDX200 wants a new front end, too, so put the KDX220R front end on it. :supz:
Thank you for participating on kdxrider.net. :bravo:

Thanks for the wheel picture. Where's the shock picture?

On the KDX to KDX fork swap (GREEN HORNET starts a revolution! :supz: ), it might be a little choppered up like your neighbors on TV, but you should be able to bolt it right up, and maybe raise the tubes a little to make up the difference. You would have to get used to the change to that dumb front disc brake.
