91 kx 125 forks to 04 kdx200
Is this a big job,I have been reading the other posts but I don't see any 1991 kx125 forks being used.Does anyone know the dimensions of the kx fork tubes? should I look for later model usd fork?any input would be greatly appreciated.I can get a complete front end wheel brakes etc for a good deal.

You're better off looking for a newer front end as there were some notable improvements made between 91 and 99. But that said you can use the 91 forks. Process will be the same regardless of year/make

Yes, 1991 is the last year for a bolt-on KX125 or KX250 triple clamp set. All KX forks will be taller and have the same geometry issues.
