Ok, so I just picked up an entire 1999 KX250 front end (forks, triples, brake system, wheel, etc) and have a quick question. Am I understanding it correctly that in order to use the front end on my 95 KDX 200, I need to have the stem from the KDX pressed into the KX lower triple and then use KDX bearings with some sort of a spacer? Thanks in advance for feedback, I hadn't planned on doing the swap yet but ran into a pretty good deal on the front end.

You got it! The KDX stem may need to be knurled in order to fit tightly into the KX triple.

and watch for the area around the lower bearing area, due to the difference in lower clamp thicknesses...may need to be lathed down for proper bearing fit. (some have reported)
