Found cheap handlebar solution

Post by The_Mark! »

With my KDX220, I have found the riding position I have to use in tight single track is to be right up on the tank in order for the bike to feel settled. The problem I found is that even with the bars rolled fully forward they still felt too far back and affected my balance. So I flipped the top triple clamp upside down, now the holes that were angled backward are angled forward, moving the bars forward 2 or 3 inches. What a difference! It feels a lot better and didn't cost anything. Thought I'd pass it on. I'm running 50 mm risers and flex bars. If I could figure out how to post pics, I would.
