So whats the best fork set up for my 02 KDX 200 im about 230 lbs. and the stocke ones beat me to death. Has anyone used WP forks from a KTM?

You won't find a specific setup that everybody swears by. Some here have resprung and put gold valves in the stockers and like them. I put DRZ 400 units on mine, and am very happy. I weigh about the same as you. Others put on USD units, but my opinion is those are better for MX.

Most seem happy to switch to a KX front end. There is no single best answer or way to go, besides going to a BETTER front end.
