Hi -
I'm thinking about swapping my forks and I was wondering if there was anyone who has completed the swap in the UK? If so, who did the machining for you? I want to get all the great mods done that I have read about on this site but shipping everything to RB Designs could get really pricey (not even sure if Ron ships to the UK?)... Any advice would be great!
Cheers

Hehe, no problem. I'll probably have a word with a mechanic near me. If I go for a 2005 model kx I don't think any knurling is necessary so I'm hoping he'll be able to press it for me...

I used a loctite metal bonding adhesive just to be on the safe side, this does not require knurling. Good luck its worth it! Buggered if I can get a firm front brake lever, bleed it as I might!

For a better brake feel, try a new brake line or a different (KX) master cylinder.
