What front fork spring rate will balance the bike with the stock shock spring rate?. Also can anyone suggest online places where I can order them?. Thanks in advance.

You buy for what you weigh... not to balance the front with the rear.

I know, you're right. I failed to mention I weigh 170 lbs. so the stock rear spring is about right for me. I just don't know which is the correct front fork spring rate I need for my weight.

On stock forks a .38 spring rate should be just about right.
