Changing front forks to KX250f front forks

Hey I have a 2003 KDX220R and I want to swap the front forks out to a 2004 KX250F front ones. I know I will need the lower tree triple clamp but im not sure ill need anything else.

Upper and lower clamps for the KXF plus swap out the stem plus a spacer / shim from Ron Black.
That will do it. You can make your own spacer and shim, but buying one is easier and cleaner.

You'll need the kx front wheel as well. Brakes should swap over, everything else needs to ne changed. You also need to modify the steering stops.
