1993 kdx 250

Hi guys, do I need any special tools to re-assemble my front forks? Have them apart, and bought new seals and bushings. Will the bushings just slide back in, and how do I pop the seals in without beating them to death. Thanks!!

They do make a seal driver you can buy. I just worked them in with a blunt screw driver. You will want to tape the end of the fork rod (the shinney part) when you are putting the seals on so you don't cut them.

If you search You Tube you should be able to find a few videos on rebuilding forks. They wont be for the forks you have but you can get the Idea of what you need to do.
